Returns
You have 90 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.

Refunds
Once you have contacted us with your issue, we will try and resolve the issue. If this issue cannot be resolved we will approve a refund because we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.

Shipping
The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
