I really like Ranger Tire Paint. Here are some before and after pics. I also have a tire that was a blackwall that I taped off and turned into a whitewall!

Just thought i would drop you a line to say how pleased i am with your tyre paint. I have tried many different products in the past but none are as impressive as the Ranger paint.

This is a great product - my 32 Ford Phaeton had raised white letters on the inside of the tires- looked like CaCa!!!!!
