Using Ranger Tire Paint we take a tire from plain old black to awesome.
First we take your plain old tire and apply our Base Coat to the tire:
Once the base coat has dried, you apply the color coat that you have purchased.
Note: If you order only the White Wall Tire Paint, you do not need a base coat / primer.
